Community groups in Blyth can now apply for Pride in Place Community Investment Fund (CIF) microgrants to help bring local ideas to life. Grants are available between £250 - £1000.

The grants are available to support projects that improve the community, including youth activities, reducing antisocial behaviour, creating or improving community spaces, promoting arts and culture, supporting health and wellbeing, and strengthening local organisations.

This first funding round is a pilot and is particularly aimed at smaller community groups and first-time applicants, giving new ideas and quieter voices the opportunity to make a positive impact.

If you have a project that could benefit Blyth, free support is available through drop-in sessions and workshops to help you develop your idea and complete your application.

Applications close at 10am on Monday 17 August.
